Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We ship via Federal Express. Your options are Next Day, which takes approximately 3-5 business days, including two days for processing your order; 2nd day, which takes 6-7 business days, including two days for processing your order; and Ground, which takes 8-10 business days, including two days for processing your order.

Q: Do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: Yes. Shipping and handling are added to your total order at Checkout.
Ground:
$4.95 on Orders under $25.00
$3.95 on Orders from $25.01 to $80.00
No Charge- Orders $80.00 and above
We reserve the right to change shipping rates at any time.
Standard Courier $9.95
Express Courier $12.95

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item shipped is incorrect or damaged. Any extra charges above and beyond shipping within the 48 continental United States will apply to AK, HI and international orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Charges will be calculated and must be approved by customer before shipping, including insurance.

Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: You can check the status of your order by using the contact form (see Contact Us at left).

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A.: We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards and issimo international Gift Certificates. If order is sent via mail we accept checks, Money Orders and issimo international Gift Certificates. Orders paid for my checks will take extra time to allow the check to clear.

RETURNS
Q: What if my order is wrong or something is wrong with the product?
A: If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged items, we will re-ship your order, of course, free of charge. If it was damaged in shipping, please keep all packaging until you contact us as we may need to make an insurance claim.
